Set your oven to 180°C.
Add your nuts/seeds of choice, place in a mixing bowl. Add oats, melted coconut oil, honey and bananas.
Here's the fun part! get your hands in and literally squish the mixture together until everything sticks and you're able to mould together.
Lightly grease your baking tray with coconut oil then press the mixture into the tray until even. pop in the oven for about 25 minutes until the corners are golden brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool for about 1 hour.
Chocolate is optional! I melted 2 thin bars in the microwave then used a beaker to pour on evenly.
